To provide a public awareness of the clinical and research initiatives of The Division of Addiction Research and Treatment, MedSchool Maryland Productions developed a website which included eight pages of content and three videos.
MIND RESILIENCE
MedSchool Maryland developed a state-wide campaign addressing mind resilience in the health care workforce in collaboration with the BHA and multiple state agencies and nonprofits.
ABOVE ALL ODDS
This campaign is a special outreach to young adults and college students of Maryland, offering tips on how to keep gambling safe, and how to recognize a gambling problem. The initiative for The Maryland Center of Excellence on Problem Gambling included production of videos, a website, and Twitter & Facebook pages.
STATE-WIDE PROBLEM GAMBLING CAMPAIGN 2017-2018
MedSchool Maryland Productions is designing and implementing a one year state-wide outreach campaign for the Center of Excellence on Problem Gambling and the Maryland Health Department. The campaign includes billboards, TV and radio PSAs, movie theatre advertisements, social media and a special website.
BALTIMORE SAFE GAMBLING FOR WOMEN
This campaign is a special outreach program for the women of Baltimore offering tips on how to keep gambling safe, and how to recognize a gambling problem. The initiative for The Maryland Center of Excellence on Problem Gamblingincluded production of videos and a website.
ASIAN GAMBLING SOS
This state-wide campaign is a special outreach to Asian Americans, who are more at risk than the general public for developing gambling problems. The campaign included a series of videos, branding, website development, print collateral, and social media pages.
THE BALTIMORE PROM GAMBLE
The Baltimore Prom Gamble was launched as a state-wide teen awareness campaign for The Maryland Center of Excellence on Problem Gambling. Components of this outreach included production of videos and web materials in a graphic novel format.
BALTIMORE DICE ZOMBIES
Working with young Baltimore City composers and a music promoter who grew up in neighborhoods with gambling, MedSchool Maryland Productions produced a video targeting youth in neighborhoods immersed in the culture of dice playing, for The Maryland Center of Excellence on Problem Gambling.
BETTER MY WORLD
Under funding from the Abell Foundation, MMP developed an innovative violence prevention project using digital technologies. This project demonstrated the significant potential of accessing inner city youth with web-based peer-to-peer videos.
